EchoFit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EchoFit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EchoFit is an AI training application available on iOS and on the web at echofit.app. The App provides workout logging (by voice or by tap), training analytics, AI coaching, and social fitness features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use EchoFit. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Notifications and email: by creating an account you agree that we may send you account emails (sign-in, confirmation, password reset), which are required to operate your account, and that notices about your trial or membership always appear in your in-app notification inbox. Everything else — progress reports, trial and membership emails and pushes, comeback emails, push notifications and announcements — you control: switch each category off in Settings → Notifications, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any such email, or turn notifications off in your device settings. Push notifications are sent only after you allow them. What we send and the records we keep are described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Trial: Every new account begins with 14 days of Elite access. No payment method is required to start it and nothing is charged: when the 14 days end, the account continues on the Free plan, which keeps your workout log, your full history and your data export. You may subscribe to a paid plan at any time.

Pro and Elite subscriptions: Auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or annually.

Signature: A coaching service that includes access to a human coach. It is billed separately through Stripe rather than through an app store, is offered by invitation, and renews monthly until cancelled.

If your subscription ends: your account continues on the Free plan. Your logged workout data remains readable in the app and fully exportable (CSV and JSON) at no cost, for as long as your account exists, and you may keep logging new workouts. The paid analysis features (the additional insight engines, the Digital Twin breakdown, adaptive prescriptions, program building and the higher AI coaching allowance) require an active subscription.

• iOS: Subscriptions are processed through Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Subscriptions via Google Play. Manage in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Web: Subscriptions via Stripe. Cancel anytime in your EchoFit Settings.

Refunds: For iOS/Android, refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies. For web subscriptions, contact us within 14 days at support@echofit.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false workout data or manipulate leaderboards
• Use the App in a way that could harm yourself or others

7. Health Disclaimer

Important: EchoFit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The AI coaching, recovery scoring, and training recommendations are for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition. Do not rely solely on the App's recommendations to make health decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in EchoFit — including the app design, code, AI models, branding, and "Digital Twin" technology — is owned by EchoFit and protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Your workout data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

9. User Content

Content you create (workout logs, profile information, social posts) remains yours. By posting content on EchoFit's social features, you grant us a license to display that content to other users per your privacy settings.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

EchoFit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of EchoFit after changes constitutes acceptance.
