Every new account gets Elite for 14 days — plans built for you, every insight, your Digital Twin in full, 150 coach messages a day — free. If you don't choose a plan, on day 14 you simply continue on Free: your log, your whole history, your export, the safety insights, your Digital Twin at a glance and three coach messages a day stay exactly where they are. Upgrade whenever you want the rest back. We chose 14 days on purpose: your Twin, your load ratios and your periodization need real logged sessions before they can tell you anything true, and we would rather you judge us on what actually happened to your training than on a promise. If you choose a plan during those 14 days — monthly or annual — you enter a card at checkout and your membership begins on the day your trial ends: checkout shows the date and the amount, we remind you before the first charge, and cancelling before then costs nothing (first subscription only). If fewer than 48 hours of your trial are left when you choose, the plan is charged at checkout instead. In the iOS app, plans follow the App Store: a plan showing "2 weeks free" starts its free period when you buy it, and Apple shows the charge date when you confirm.

It stays yours, and you keep logging. Every workout you have ever logged remains readable in the app, on every device, and you can export all of it as CSV or JSON at any time with no membership at all. We do not hold a training log hostage to get someone back. What changes is the derived intelligence: the other insights, your Digital Twin in full, why each weight moves and building your own programs pause; the safety insights, your Digital Twin at a glance and three coach messages a day stay.

The first 100 EchoFit accounts are Founding Members. A Founding Member in the United States can buy Elite on the web at the 2026 Founding Rate — $14.99/mo or $119.99/yr, instead of $29.99/mo — and we never raise it for their account, even when list prices rise, for as long as they keep the account (taxes the law requires may be added). It is for web plans only (purchases in the iPhone app are at the App Store price), it can't be transferred, and it ends if the account is deleted or closed for a serious breach of the Terms. Ask your coach for their code, open EchoFit and enter it under Community → Discover → Find a coach. Your coach sees the training you share with them and can plan it with you. Coaching is between you and your coach, and they set its price.

Absolutely. Cancel with one click in Settings → Manage Subscription (your billing portal). Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No contracts, no hidden fees.

The plans are strength plans today: 27 of them, from first steps to advanced. Everything else you train — runs, rides, swims, classes, functional fitness, yoga, martial arts, sport — can be logged, and it counts toward your training load, your consistency and your Digital Twin.

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it goes only to the services that run EchoFit, each named in our privacy policy, and to a coach you choose, who sees only what you share. The app asks before any AI feature uses your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Your Digital Twin is a picture of your physical capability, built from your own training: your strength, endurance, consistency, balance and recovery. It gets more accurate with every workout.
